You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging included. We never charge restocking fees.
To start a return, contact us at support@brivetti.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when you contact us and we will help you find the right option.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days to complete the transfer.
